What we can't do

Because we don't operate any sportsbook, we have no visibility into individual player accounts, pending withdrawals, verification status, or bonus credits. If you have an issue with a deposit, a delayed payout, a locked account, or a bonus that hasn't posted, that has to be resolved directly with the sportsbook in question — through the support channel, live chat, or email listed on their own site. We can tell you how a book has generally performed on payout speed and reliability in our reviews, but we can't intervene in an active dispute.

If you're dealing with a specific problem with an operator, check the support section of that sportsbook's own website first. Most offshore books list dedicated email addresses or live chat for account and payment issues, and that's always the fastest route to a resolution.

Corrections and accuracy

Offshore sportsbook offers change often — welcome bonuses, rollover requirements, minimum odds and even licensing details can shift with little notice. A note on what this site is — and isn't

These operators sit in a legal grey area for US bettors: they are not licensed or regulated by any US state, and none of the consumer protections that apply to regulated domestic sportsbooks — segregated funds, formal dispute resolution, guaranteed payouts — apply here. We're upfront about that in every review, and we'd rather you understand the risk before contacting us with a question about it than find out the hard way after signing up. Always check your own state's laws before wagering with an offshore sportsbook.
