Monthly Plan:  month-to-month membership charged to a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)

Initiation: a one-time enrollment fee if membership is kept current

* One parent and any children living at home under age 26
** Husband, wife, and any children living at home under age 26
*** 65 years of age or older. Only one spouse is required to be 65 or older for a Golden Age Husband/Wife membership
