CAMP
RIVIERA - Get
started on a fitness regimen! Track your progress towards your fitness
goals during this two-month program of cardiovascular and strength
conditioning. Feel free to join this class at any time, achieve your
goals, then make new ones.
CARDIO-KICKBOXING
- Don�t miss your chance to be a part of the hottest rage in group
exercise. Learn to incorporate kickbox and self-defense movements within a
non-stop, non-contact workout environment.
CROSSTRAINING
- Step out of your everyday routine and surprise yourself and your body
with this always different workout. This class will consist of anything
from Step, Aerobics, Cardio-Kickboxing, Dance Party Aerobics (anything
from hip-hop, funk, jazz, you name it), Boot Camp or Mind/Body Fusion (a
blend of Yoga, Pilates, and traditional Strength Training).
GROUP CYCLING &
CHALLENGE CYCLING - These indoor cycling classes for both beginners
and advanced participants are physically and mentally invigorating.
CHALLENGE CYCLING is designed for those who are looking for a little extra
workout motivation. Sign up at reception no more than 1 hour prior to each
class.
HEALTHY
MOVES - This
class offers a mild cardiovascular workout followed by some low-intensity
strengthening exercises for a complete, invigorating workout.
PILATES
- A mat-style
workout that helps create long, lean musculature and reduces fatigue
through resistance, stretching, and strengthening exercises.
STEP
- This workout offers a traditional step routine of low-impact step
patterns and optional power moves finishing with cool-down stretches.
Hour-long Step classes also include torso conditioning.
STRENGTH
TRAINING - The
ultimate muscular challenge! Total strength training using a variety of
resistance equipment (weights, bands, steps, resist-a-balls, and/or
tubing). Ends with cool-down stretches.
YOGA,
STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY - This workout incorporates gentle movements,
deep breathing, and yoga and dynamic stretching to promote greater
flexibility, easy of movement, relaxation.
