Not only is it important to start a fitness routine, but also to maintain it for all of the lifelong benefits. We understand that things get in your way and variety and accountability can be key, so that is why we tailor our services to help you be as successful as possible. We have everything you need no matter what you are into - from sports areas to pools and an indoor track to boxing room. Our group fitness classes in and out of water can be the accountability factor that you need to stay on course. Connecting with participants and planning to attend classes together is a great way to keep yourself engaged.

When we put together our cardio and weights area, we knew that we needed to have in place the state-of-the-art and innovative equipment. Our variety allows all levels of exercisers to put together their best routine possible. We have strength training equipment from Cybex, Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Universal, Life Fitness Circuit and Cybex Free Weights. For cardio, we have Life Fitness Cross Trainer Ellipticals, Stairmasters, Windracers, Nordic Tracks, Life Fitness and Quinton treadmills and Precor Ellipticals. There is an area for stretching, where we also have ab/lower back machines. To keep you motivated during your routine, we have the ultimate in cardio TV entertainment systems. The indoor track is the way for runners, walkers and joggers to keep up their routines year-round.

Sports lovers will rejoice! Engaging in a sport is a great way to stay active while not feeling stuck in a routine. You and your friends or family can shoot hoops any time of year on our three basketball courts. Our outdoor basketball court is open during the warmer months as well. We have indoor and outdoor tennis courts as well. We have private or group lessons available and a tennis ball machine available for our members to use. Also, racquetball courts and golf cages can help you sharpen your skills.
